Android POS with Integrated PrinterThe VP500 is an Android POS terminal with a built-in receipt printer, similar in form factor to the VP550 — a full-featured countertop unit, not a bare PIN pad.
Same Dual Pricing Platform as VL500 & VP550The VP500 is documented alongside the VL500 and VP550 in Valor's combined Dual Pricing QRG, and shares the same transaction software as both of those devices.
Full EMV & ContactlessThe VP500 shares Valor's Dual Pricing transaction platform with the VL500 and VP550, and supports full insert, swipe, and tap card entry alongside debit PIN and EMV/contactless acceptance.
Dual Pricing / Cash Discount ReadyThe VP500's home screen supports Valor's Dual Pricing mode, showing separate CARD and CASH prices side by side so a cash-discount or surcharge program runs right at checkout.
NMI Gateway CompatibleThe VP500 runs on CARDZ3N's supported gateway stack, so it fits alongside the rest of a merchant's NMI-based processing setup without a separate integration project.
Advanced Transaction MenuBeyond a basic sale, the VP500's Advanced Transaction Options menu covers Card Auth/Refund/Void/Ticket/Presale, Cash Sale/Refund, EBT Food and EBT Cash, and full Gift card handling.
Where the VP500 Fits
An Android POS terminal with a built-in printer makes the VP500 a natural fit anywhere a merchant needs a full-featured, always-on payment station at a fixed counter position, with the same Dual Pricing software as its VL500 and VP550 siblings.

Valor VP500: An Android POS Terminal on the Dual Pricing Platform
P
The VP500 is an Android POS terminal with an integrated printer, similar in form factor to the VP550 — built as a full-featured countertop unit that runs Valor's Dual Pricing transaction platform alongside the VL500 and VP550.
Download the shared Dual Pricing quick-reference guide covering the VL500, VP500, and VP550 below — a real PDF. No standalone VP500 spec sheet or QRG exists; this combined guide is the only source documentation for this device.
The VP500 is one of the more sparsely-documented devices in Valor's lineup: it appears only alongside the VL500 and VP550 in a single combined Dual Pricing quick-reference guide, with no standalone QRG or spec datasheet of its own. What is confirmed is that it's an Android POS terminal with an integrated printer, a form factor similar to the VP550 — a full-featured countertop device, not a bare PIN pad or handheld reader.
Because it's documented in the same guide as the VL500 and VP550, the VP500 runs the same Dual Pricing software experience as those two devices — the same Card/Cash home screen, the same transaction flow, and the same Advanced Transaction Options menu. The difference between the three devices is form factor, not software: the VP500 is the Android POS option in that trio, distinct from the VL500's simpler compact countertop design.

The Dual Pricing Card Sale Flow
1. Enter the Amount
Key in the transaction total on the home screen.
2. Select CARD, CASH, or EBT
Dual pricing mode shows separate prices side by side for each tender type.
3. Present the Card
Tap, insert, or swipe to complete a card transaction.
4. Choose Receipt Delivery
Print or send a Go Green SMS receipt to finish the sale.
Advanced Transaction Options
Beyond a straight card sale, the VP500 reaches the same Advanced Transaction Options menu documented for the VL500 and VP550, via Menu → Payment: Card (Sale, Auth, Refund, Void, Ticket, Presale), Cash (Sale, Refund), EBT Food (Sale), EBT Cash (Sale), and Gift (Sale, Balance, Add Value, Activate, Deactivate).
This is the full menu tree shared across all three devices in the combined Dual Pricing guide — the VP500 doesn't lose any transaction type by being the Android POS option in the group.
What's Documented and What Isn't
CARDZ3N's source material covers the VP500 in less depth than most of the Valor lineup. It has never had its own standalone quick-reference guide or spec datasheet — it appears only inside the combined VL500/VP500/VP550 Dual Pricing QRG, which documents the transaction flow above in full but not a device-specific processor, memory, or certification spec table.
What is confirmed, directly from the source material: an Android POS form factor with an integrated printer similar to the VP550, and the full Dual Pricing transaction flow and Advanced Transaction Options menu covered above. We'd rather tell you exactly what's documented than guess at specs — ask your CARDZ3N rep for the latest confirmed detail before ordering.
Pricing
The Valor VP500 is available through CARDZ3N with pricing quoted per merchant based on volume and equipment needs — CARDZ3N is the sole quoting and selling party, never a pass-through to Valor's own pricing. Ask your CARDZ3N rep for current pricing.
